Lockwood 001 Deadlatch Range
The most potentially dangerous aspect of a deadlatch arises when occupants need to escape quickly from an internal house fire or other emergencies, and the deadlatch is locked on the inside. In a bid to solve this safety problem, and provide peace of mind to householders, Lockwood has developed the new 001 Deadlatch with Safety Release. A brilliant innovation which works by automatically unlocking the internal knob upon entry. So when you need to escape quickly from an internal house fire or other emergencies, the 001 with Safety Release reduces the danger of locking yourself in.
Apart from the Safety Release, the new 001 Deadlatch also introduces new styling, gold plated finish, narrow strike and a turn knob hold back device. The rigid internal knob locking also provides additional security and peace of mind.
The 001 Deadlatch comes in five colours - white, bright chrome, satin chrome, brown, and gold plated (actual colours may differ slightly from those shown here) - and includes:

 | Lockwood 007 Deadbolt
The 007 Deadbolt's heavy duty construction is designed to provide excellent door security. It is an ideal second lock to the door particularly for use with "key in the knob" type locks which provide inadequate protection on their own.
The 007 features positive deadlocking, plus double cylinders so it can't be opened, even from the inside, without a key. Available in brass, chrome, satin chrome and florentine bronze finishes. |
